Terms And Condition
1. 50% of payment will be taken once the customer agreed to engage our services as deposit.
2. We will refund the deposit if the selected keyword is not shown up in search result after 4 months counting from the date deposit received.
3. The remaining payment will be collected once the selected keyword is showing up in search result.
4. Guarantee of top 30 in search result is defined as 80% uptime of selected keyword during the 1 year period
5. Warranty period of 1 year is activated once the selected keyword is showing up in the search result.
6. Only valid for local search result, which is the search result of "pages from Malaysia" selection.
7. You shall implement changes to your site and take steps to increase the link popularity of your site in accordance with our search engine optimization recommendation. Any work to be performed by you to implement changes to the web pages, including programming of the site and/or to increase your site's link popularity shall be executed by you within 7 days upon our recommendation.
8. You agree that time is of the essence and any delay on your part shall render this guarantee void and unenforceable.You agree that you shall permit us to implement the necessary changes to your site and provide us with FTP access to your site server.
9. Redesign of web page is not included in optimization fees which is subject to additional fee to be agreed. Our optimization fees include all items listed under our service packages.
10. In case you have made any changes to your site, you shall immediately inform us of such changes for our review. If you shall make any changes which are in conflict with our optimization recommendations, this guarantee will be void and unenforceable.
11. We will optimize your site with legal and methods approved by search engines and will not violate any guidelines of submission to any search engine or directory or otherwise knowingly commit any search engine spamming methods.
12. We do not accept search engine optimization projects involving pornography, hate, terrorism, anti-race or any website that is illegal. Any fee paid for such project are non-refundable.
13. We and our officers, employees, and agents do not assume any liability for any loss and damage as may be suffered by you (including any possible economic loss and damage that you have advised us beforehand) arising out of the optimization work other than refund of the optimization fee paid (excluding paid listing / inclusion fee to such search engines, directories and portal sites).
14. We reserve our rights to amend the agreement with 15 days of notification.
15. This agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
